Foods that make you feel full

The most important control on how much you eat is an internal signal of the body. At some point in your meal, you will start feeling full, and that is the point when most people will end the meal (exceptions are when somebody is really enjoying the meal and eats more than the ‘full’ feeling, or when they are on a diet and eat less than the ‘full’ feeling). People who are looking to maintain a good health or to lose weight find it critial to eat more food items that seem to make them feel full faster.
