Allopathy is not the only approach to health and healing. Homeopathy, naturapathy, ayurveda are considered as some other medical systems that have their own set of principles.

– Ayurveda medicine is all about balance in one’s life.

– In ayurvedic medicine, the closer you are to your “prakriti”, the better.
– Ayurveda considers everything you encounter to have a therapeutic value.
– Whatever you come in contact with – foods, dress, way you sleep, what you see and hear affects you in some fashion and shapes you.


– This health system originated in ancient China. and has evolved over thousands of years.
