The sleep taken at night, in most cases is enough enough for a human body, but small power naps help your body and mind refresh itself. The brain works all day long and in between gets tired and needs some rest so that it can refresh itself and get back to the normal state and again work properly. The ideal time to take a nap is in the afternoon, although it depends on your night sleep as to when you sleep at night and when you get up in the morning. People who prefer sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning, your nap time in the afternoon should be at around 1 pm or 1:30 pm. On the other hand if you sleep late and wake up late then prefer sleeping at around 2:30 pm or 3 pm in the afternoon. The nap duration must be enough, not too less and not too much. The ideal duration of taking nap is approximately 10 to 20 minutes. So take frequent naps and make yourself healthier.
