What is Bloating?

6. Ginger
• Take a small slice of ginger and boil it with a cup of water.
• Allow it to boil for few minutes.
• Strain the mixture later and let it to cool down.
• Consume this solution 3-4 times in a day.
• It is a preventive as well as a curative remedy for bloating.
• Drinking regular cup of tea prepared by mixing a crushed piece of ginger is also very effective.
• Add ginger as spice in cooking.

• Taking a probiotic supplement or eating foods with probiotics, such as pineapples will help this problem.

• Eat one dill pickle daily.
