What is Gout?

• Soak it for at least 30 minutes to an hour for pain relief.

8. Treating Gout using Herbs
– Some of the herbs that can be used for gout pain relief include:
• Devil’s claw root
• White willow bark
• Ginger root
• Meadowsweet flower tops and leaves
– The above herbs contain powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
– They relieve pain caused in gout.
– Other herbs like cayenne, licorice, boswellia and feverfew are natural gout remedies.

• Safflower can be taken in capsule form.

Other Gout Treatments
