1. Water
• Hangover is caused due to dehydration.
• It is very important to drink enough water to hydrate.
• This will flush out the toxins from the system.
• Drink a few glasses of water before going to bed.

2. Fruit Juices
• Fruit juices are an effective remedy to replenish nutrients and minerals.

3. Lemon tea & lemon Juice
