• Suck the fumes through your sinuses.
• Drink as much until one feels better.

2. Cayenne Pepper Mixture
• Add 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper powder into a cup of hot water.
• Stir for 1 minute. Then strain the mixture. Blow the mixture to cool.
• Sip for gargling.
• Gargle for 20 seconds and then spit out.
• Repeat this for about 4 times.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar-Honey Tea
• Mix apple cider vinegar with honey.
• 2 tbsp each with 4 oz of water (cold or hot).

4. Apple Cider Vinegar-Garlic-Oregano Oil-Sea Salt Tea
• Put 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp of oregano oil, 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar and a dash of sea salt in a mug.
• Add in 8 oz of water.
• Heat it up in a microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Licorice root tea
• Take a cup of hot water and put half a teaspoon of licorice root tea in it and wait for 10 minutes.

• Drink lot of fluids.
• Water is useful in flushing out toxins from the body.

7. Warm Salt Water
• Gargling with warm salt water can help you loosen the phlegm in your airways and the bronchioles.
• Simply add a spoon of salt to lukewarm water and gargle with it twice a day.

• The patient should be given garlic cloves that are boiled in thirty grams of milk daily.
• The cold-fighting compound in garlic is thought to be allicin.

• Allicin is what gives garlic its distinctive hot flavor.
• To maximize the amount of allicin, fresh garlic should be chopped or crushed and it should be raw.
