• Flatulence is a very common problem, and severe flatulence can be accompanied by pain.

Home Remedies for Flatulence

• Consume papaya and pineapple fresh as they contain enzymes that help digestion and prevent flatulence.
• At each meal, sipping juice lemon diluted or a mixture of two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and two of honey in a glass of water is very useful.
• Take two mustard seeds with a glass of water before breakfast and then go up the amount of seeds to reach 12 per hour.
• To relieve an attack of pain cover the abdomen with a hot water bottle.
• Apply a towel soaked in a mixture of brandy with hot water and a pinch of salt to the abdomen.
• Herbal tea and cardamom, chamomile, cinnamon or cloves to stimulate digestion and thus reduce the bacteria that causes putrefaction and improving intestinal mobility.
• Take, a cup of tea made with a quart of boiling water and sugar, about 10 grams of fennel seeds after the dinner.
• Place 1 teaspoon of oregano and lemon verbena in a cup of water is boiling and cover and let sit for about 6 minutes and then take after meals.
• Avoid the foods like onions, garlic, potatoes, oats, most breads, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, milk and milk products.

• Make sure that one consumes foods with active cultures of lactobacilli.
• This is a healthy bacterium that helps prevent the flourishing of other harmful bacteria.
• Yogurt with active culture is the best source of such healthy bacteria.
