6. Bryonia [Bry]
This remedy is indicated to a person with the following symptoms
• Fever continues
• Skin is not as hot
• The cough is looser
• Cough is moister.
• There are usually sharp stitching pleuritic pains
• The cough is also hard and dry at times
• The sputum is scanty and rust colored
• Circumscribed redness of the cheeks
• Slight delirium
• Apathy
• The tongue will most likely be dry
• Patient will most likely be dry
• Patient will want to keep perfectly quiet
• It is right-sided attack of the parenchyma of the lung
• Strongly indicated in the croupous form of pneumonia

• Cough with pain under sternum as if something were torn loose
• There is pressure across the upper part of the chest
• Constriction of the larynx
• There are mucous rales
• Labored breathing
• Sputa yellowish mucus
• Blood streaks therein
• Rust colored streaks
• Doses varying from 6x to 30x
• Typhoid symptoms
• A sensation as if the chest were full of blood

8. Sanguinaria. [Sang]
This remedy is indicated to a person with the following symptoms
• Fever
• Burning and fullness in the upper chest
• A dry cough
• Sharp, sticking pains more on the right side
• Dyspnoea
• The expectoration is rust-colored
• Circumscribed redness and burning heat of the cheeks especially in the afternoon
• Hands and feet are either very hot or very cold
• Heart is weak and irregular
• There is great engorgement of the lungs
• The congestion is very intense
• Imperfect resolution and purulent expectoration

9. Chelidonium
This remedy is indicated to a person with the following symptoms
• There are stitching pains under the right scapula
• Loose rattling cough
• Difficult expectoration
• Oppression of chest
• Fan-like motions of the alae nasi
• Bilious pneumonia
• The stools being slimy and accompanied by tenesmus
• The expectoration is also apt to be blood-streaked
• There is an excess of secretion in the tubes
• Catarrhal pneumonia of young children
• There is plentiful secretion and inability to raise it
• The right lung is more often affected

10. Antimonium tartaricum. [Ant-t]
This remedy is indicated to a person with the following symptoms
• Pneumonia and pleuro-pneumonia at the stage of resolution
• Fine moist rales heard all over the hepatized portion of the lungs
• These are different from the Ipecac rales
• Great oppression of breathing
• Worse towards morning
• Compelling the patient to sit up to breath
• Sharp and stitching pains
• High fever
• More closely corresponds to the catarrhal form
• Bilious symptoms
• Next cough will raise the mucus
• Deficient reaction, as in the aged or ;in very young children

11. Kali carbonicum [Kali-c]

• Worse by motion
• Pneumonia with intense dyspnoea
• Great deal of mucus on the chest
• Wheezing and whistling breathing
• Cough be tormenting
