What are homeopathic remedies for measles? – Part 1

• Measles is an infectious viral disease.
• It occurs mostly during late winter and spring.
• It starts off with nausea followed by cough, runny nose and conjunctivitis (pink eye).
• A rash starts:
– Within the face and upper neck
– Spreads down the rear and trunk
– Then reaches the arms and hands
– Along with the legs and feet
• After about 5 days, the rash fades.
• Measles is especially contagious.
• Infected people are usually contagious.
• Person is usually susceptible from about 4 days before the beginning of the rash to 4 days later.
• The measles virus resides inside the mucus inside the nose and throat of infected people.
• When they sneeze or cough, droplets spray to the air.
• The droplets remain active and contagious on infected surfaces for about 120 minutes.

• Infected droplets in the air
• Ingesting or touching something that has fallen on the contagious droplets which are on any surface.
