Date is the name of the fruit of the Date Palm, which is believed to have originated somewhere in the desert oases of northern Africa and, perhaps, southwest Asia.

Carbohydrates include 3 grams of dietary fiber and 29 grams of naturally occurring sugars such as fructose, glucose and sucrose to provide quick energy and are readily used by the body. Eczema is a form of dermatitis, or inflammation of the upper layers of the skin. Eczema is an allergic, inflammatory and irritating skin condition which causes dryness and recurring rashes on the skin. Some of the common symptoms of eczema are redness, skin edema, itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. Based on these symptoms, eczema can divided into three main types – acute, sub-acute and chronic.
Its symptoms include itching, redness, dryness and flakiness of the skin. The most common affected regions are the hands, wrists, arms, neck, face, upper chest and back of the knees.

What are the causes of eczema?
Doctors do not know the exact cause of eczema, but a defect of the skin that impairs its function as a barrier, possibly combined with an abnormal function of the immune system, are believed to be an important factors. Some forms of eczema can be triggered by substances that come in contact with the skin, such as soaps, cosmetics, clothing, detergents, jewelry, or sweat. Environmental allergens (substances that cause allergic reactions) may also cause outbreaks of eczema. Changes in temperature or humidity, or even psychological stress, can lead to outbreaks of eczema in some people.

- One simple tip is to drink plenty of water. Drink at least 2 cups of water for every 2 hours you are awake. Men should be drinking about 125 ounces of water and women should be drinking about 90 ounces of water.

- Add a half teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water. Baking soda can naturally dissolve uric acid crystals and increase the solubility of uric acid to flush it quicker.
- Strawberries have been shown to neutralize uric acid and provide immediate relief for your symptoms.
- You should also get plenty of folic acid. 10 to 75 mg of folic acid inhibits xanthine oxidize which is required for uric acid production.
- Vitamin C supplements are known to help many gout suffers, as they are effective in reducing uric acid levels.
- Potassium citrate raises the pH level of urine. Higher pH levels mean that the body’s unwanted uric acid is more soluble and therefore easier to purge. This supplement can also help to prevent kidney stones, which seem to be more prevalent in gout sufferers.
