What are different home remedies for eczema? Part1



- Eczema is also called as dermatitis.
- It is a group of skin disorders.
- Eczema causes the skin to be inflamed and irritated.
- It occurs mostly in infants and children but adults are no exception.

There are different types of eczema like
- Atopic eczema
- Allergic contact dermatitis
- Irritant contact dermatitis
- Infantile seborrhoeic eczema

1. Over the counter

2. Oatmeal Bath
- Apply an oatmeal bath on affected areas.
- This relieves itching and burning sensations almost instantly.
- You can also apply oatmeal bath immediately after you have the urge to start scratching.
- Scratching worsens the condition by increasing blood flow and inflammation in the area.
- An oatmeal bath gives the skin a soothing and moisturizing effect.
- This helps to cure the dryness of your skin.

3. Dandelion
- Dandelion is a herb commonly found in the back yard.
- This herb can be used to treat eczema and other skin diseases.
- It can be used as a remedy for other conditions such as hypertension, arthritis, warts and fungal infections.
- This multi healing herb comes in form of a juice, tea or capsules.

4. Chamomile & Which Hazel Oil

What are different tips and remedies for shiny hair? – Part 2

Taking care of hair is a tough task. Its very difficult to control the frizzy hair in the cold weather as it losses its texture, shiny hair. Healthy shiny hair enhances the beauty of a person. Here are some few tips to maintain the shiny hair.

11. Olive oil rinse
- Olive oil is also an amazing home remedy for hair.
- It can soften the hair and rejuvenate its shine.
- Pour some olive oil into a cup and place it in the microwave for a few minutes until warm.
- Make sure the oil is not scalding or overly hot.
- This can damage the hair follicles.
- Apply the warm Olive oil to the scalp and massage it in.
- Sit with the oil on the hair and scalp for approximately an hour.
- Rinse off the oil.
- Allow the hair to dry naturally

12. Honey rinse
- Mix honey and water together.
- The nutrients within the honey can be extremely beneficial for the hair.
- Make sure to dilute the honey enough so that it is a liquid form and not in clumps.
- Apply to the hair and scalp for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Rinse it off.
- Apply vinegar as the last rinse of the hair for that extra bounce and shine.

13. General Home Remedies
- Rinse your hair with cold water to amplify the shine of your locks.
- Rinsing with cold water will close and smoothen the cuticle making it look shiny.
- Deep condition your hair once a week.
- Avoid using styling products.
- They can damage the hair.
- Use Strawberry hair mask: mash once in 15 days for glimmer and soft hair.
- Use few tablespoons of lemon juice to rinse water.
- Use few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to rinse water.
- Rub gram flour to your hair and leave it for 15 minutes.
- Wash it with water drained from the cooked rice.
- Massaging hair with Luke warm coconut oil an hour before washing as this works miracle for hair.
- Drink lots of water and fruit juices.
- Eat adequate quantities of fruits.
- Choose from different types of berries, citrus fruits, melons and sweet grapes.
- Most food items that have vitamin benefits can be helpful for your hair.
- Avoid drying your hair with a hairdryer.
- Take all the moisture out of the hair with a regular towel and then place another towel around your neck to protect you from getting any chills.
- Boil used tea leaves in enough water, let it cool and then use this liquid as the last rinse.
- Lemon juice mixed with water can also be used as a last rinse to give your hair a shiny and bouncy look.
- The use of henna as a natural conditioner proves to be very beneficial for your hair.
- It helps to bring back the bounce and flair of your hair which has been lacking for quite a while.
- You can add small amount of baking soda in the shampoo which, removes dirt and grease from your hair and gives the shiny look.
- Use one fourth cup of apple cider vinegar in one gallon of condensed water and use it for rinsing.

What are different tips and remedies for shiny hair? – Part 1

Taking care of hair is a tough task. Its very difficult to control the frizzy hair in the cold weather as it losses its texture, shiny hair. Healthy shiny hair enhances the beauty of a person. Here are some few tips to maintain the shiny hair.

1. Coconut oil mix
- Warm coconut oil.
- Add 1 spoon of lemon juice and 2 spoon of olive oil.
- Massage the mixture into the scalp.
- Leave it overnight.
- Wash it next morning.

2. Honey and Aloe Vera shampoo
- 2 tablespoons of good quality whiskey,
- 100 ml honey shampoo,
- 200 mg aloe Vera pulp.
- Mix the three ingredients well.
- Keep the mixture in a dark place and let it sit for 6 months.
- Apply the mixture.
- In a week you will have beautiful shiny hair that is full of strength.
- For normal hair only.
- Do not use it for dry or oily hair.

3. Egg whites
- Beat four egg whites.
- Apply to the scalp.
- Rinse as usual adding a little apple cider vinegar to the water.

4. Egg and mayonnaise cap
- In a bowl, make a mixture of eggs and mayonnaise.
- Spread throughout your hair.
- Wrap your head with a towel.
- Leave on for 20 minutes.
- Wash normally.

5. Glacial shine shampoo
- Just add the gel of four aloe Vera leaves and a few spoonfuls of honey to your shampoo.
- Wash your hair normally.

6. Beer rinse
- After washing hair give your hair a final rinse with beer.
- Do not rinse out.
- The smell of beer will dissipate when your hair dries.

7. Parsley leaves and sour oranges infusion
- Put some parsley sprigs or a few leaves of sour orange to boil in water for 15 minutes.
- Let them cool and rinse hair with either one of these infusions after shampoo.

8. Vinegar rinse
- After washing hair, just soak it in vinegar.
- Leave for about 20 minutes.
- Rinse with water.

9. Oil pack
- Combine almond, coconut, sesame, and avocado oils with a spoonful of honey.
- Apply all over the hair.
- Cover it with a towel.
- Leave it on for an hour.
- Then wash normally.

10. Lemon rinse
- Dissolve lemon juice in one litre of water.
- Rinse hair with this solution once a week after shampooing.

Beautiful Shiny Hair
- Mix three tablespoons of honey, four tablespoons of castor oil, an egg yolk, and aloe vera gel.
- Mix well and apply throughout the hair.
- Cover hair with a towel for an hour.
- Wash normally but give your hair a final rinse with rosemary water
- Rosemary water can be prepared by boiling some rosemary leaves in water and the water is to be used.

For Glassy Shine
- After shampooing, dry hair with a towel and apply an intensive conditioner.
- Cover hair with a plastic cap.
- The heat opens the hair cuticle allowing conditioner to penetrate better.
- Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Rinse.

Silk Handkerchief
- After shampooing and drying your hair, rub it with a silk handkerchief.
