• Autoimmune diseases arise from an inappropriate immune response of the body against substances and tissues that are normally present in the body.

• The treatment of autoimmune diseases is typically with immuno suppression—medication which decreases the immune response.

• There is some trigger that makes the immune system believe that there is a danger present in the body that needs to be neutralized.
• There is a genetic predisposition towards the development of autoimmune disorders.
• Environmental factors.
• Extremely sterile environments may actually lead to an increase in autoimmune activity.

Home Remedies For Autoimmune Disorders

8. VITAMIN D
• Vitamin D deficiency is linked to autoimmune diseases as well as host of other problems including cancer.
• Vitamin D is produced naturally in your body upon exposure to sunlight.
• Doctors recommend that individuals supplement with Vitamin D if blood levels of this vitamin are below 200 IU up to age 50; 400 IU for people 51 to 70; and 600 IU for those over 70.

9. Virgin oil
• Take two to three or about four tablespoonful of virgin oil every day.

Symptoms for Autoimmune Diseases
1. Many autoimmune conditions are associated with digestion and the digestive tract.
Such conditions will produce symptoms that include
• Indigestion
• Bloating
• Abdominal pain
• Diarrhea
• General irritation during defecation
• Low grade fever
• General malaise
• Fatigue

2. Certain nervous system based autoimmune conditions include:
• Lack of coordination
• Tremors
• Pain in various parts of the body
