- Wash it next morning.

2. Honey and Aloe Vera shampoo
- 2 tablespoons of good quality whiskey,
- 100 ml honey shampoo,
- 200 mg aloe Vera pulp.
- Mix the three ingredients well.
- Keep the mixture in a dark place and let it sit for 6 months.
- Apply the mixture.
- In a week you will have beautiful shiny hair that is full of strength.
- For normal hair only.
- Do not use it for dry or oily hair.

3. Egg whites
- Beat four egg whites.
- Apply to the scalp.
- Rinse as usual adding a little apple cider vinegar to the water.

4. Egg and mayonnaise cap
- In a bowl, make a mixture of eggs and mayonnaise.
- Spread throughout your hair.
- Wrap your head with a towel.
- Do not rinse out.
- The smell of beer will dissipate when your hair dries.

7. Parsley leaves and sour oranges infusion
- Put some parsley sprigs or a few leaves of sour orange to boil in water for 15 minutes.
- Let them cool and rinse hair with either one of these infusions after shampoo.

8. Vinegar rinse
- After washing hair, just soak it in vinegar.
- Leave for about 20 minutes.
- Rinse with water.

9. Oil pack

There are some seasonal allergies that can cause itchy eyes, scratchy throat, relentless sneezing. Allergens are in the air.
The nasal cycle is affected by the body position. When we lie on one side, the pressure of body in contact with bed triggers a reflex change in the nose so the upper nostril opens while lower one closes up.
Other factors that can affect nasal cycle are allergies, infections, pregnancy, some drugs, humidity, hormones, sexual activity.

Few tricks to keep the symptoms away are:
- To avoid pollen and allergens to spread all over house, try to keep your shoes at the door and avoid them to bring in house.
- Air purifier should be bought which has a HEPA filter which traps tiny particles like viruses and smoke.
- Take a shower before going to bed as it will help you to get rid of all the pollen that you have gathered all day so that they are not carried onto your pillow.
- It is a known fact that pollen is highest during early morning hours so if you are used to do exercise in the morning, then it would be a better option that you should move the workouts indoors.
- Sunglasses should be worn when you are out as they help to keep airborne pollen and allergens out of your eyes.
- Some natural remedies can help to block the allergens. Natural things like fish oil and herbs like butter-bur and singing nettle are good option.
- When you have allergic symptoms, milk and dairy products should be reduced as they increase the mucus production. Also, sugar intake should also be reduced as it increases the swelling levels and therefore, lowering the immunity system.
- Car is another place where you spend a lot of time. So, the car should be cleaned from inside as well as outside.
- Taking tea pot remedies are quite effective as it reduces the sinus pressure and flushes out the nasal passages.

Virtually everyone has dealt with an occasional bout of constipation. Sometimes, short term use of laxative such as milk of magnesia may be needed to get things moving. Some simple tips can be eating adequate fiber, avoiding dehydration and heeding the call of nature may be enough to help keep you on track after your constipation passes. But it is not always like this…For some people constipation is a complex and persistent problem requiring individualized treatment from a doctor.

- It is not correct to think that if you are not having a bowel movement every day, you are constipated. Constipation is a symptom that is generally defined as infrequent or difficult passage of stool. Normal frequency of bowel movements in healthy adults can range from three bowel movements a day to three a week. Signs and symptoms of constipation also include straining, passing lumpy or hard stools, a sensation of incomplete evacuation or a sensation of blockage.

- The myth that the body absorbs toxins from stool if someone is constipated for too long. Some people unnecessarily take laxatives and others try colon cleansing to remove supposed toxins. These habits are not actually helpful and may actually be harmful.

- It is not always that constipation occurs when you don not eat a healthy diet. Actually, a low fiber diet may contribute to constipation. Other causes may be:
=> constipation occurs as a complication of another disease or condition or as a side effect of a drug or supplement.
=> pelvic floor dysfunction in women which is lack of coordination of the complex muscular actions that allow you to have bowel movement.

- It is wrong to say that diagnosis of constipation does not require much more than a description of bowel habits. It can be a part of your diagnostic procedure. The doctor may also perform, a physical exam, discuss medication, x-rays, blood, urine and stool test.

- It is a wrong assumption that the doctor should not prescribe a laxative for long term use. Doctor can prescribe laxative for some form of chronic constipation. Side effects with long term use of laxative may occur so it should only be done under the supervision of doctor. If laxatives are important, doctor first prescribes osmotic laxatives like milk of magnesia, polyethylene glcol or sorbitol. Stimulant laxatives are used when osmotic laxatives are not effective.

Bad breath is not a simple condition that you can easily shrug off and pretend it is not there. Halitosis, or bad breath is due to bacteria in the mouth breaking down proteins to volatile sulphur compounds that smell.

Causes of Bad Breath

- Bad breath by the food you take like onion and garlic.
- Bad breath due to smoking.
- Bad breath due to dry mouth: This means that one should keep drinking lot of water and other liquids as this helps in washing away left over food particles in the mouth, helps in stimulation of saliva and reducing conditions in which bacteria can thrive.
- Bad Breath caused by Dentures: These can cause bad breath if they are not cleaned frequently and properly.
- Bad breath caused by alcohol: It dries out the mouth reducing the saliva formation.
- Troubles with the pharynx, lungs or stomach.
- Hormones released right before the start of the menstrual cycle create a heavy concentration of sulphuric protein in saliva.
- Chronic bronchitis.
- Hunger.
- Morning breath.

How to prevent bad breath

- Brush your teeth and flossing twice a day, especially after meals that contain food and spices known to cause bad breath. Clean your tongue properly.
- Visit your dentist regularly at least twice a year. Cavities can cause bad breath too.
- Chew sugarless gum which helps stimulate saliva in the mouth.
- Avoid breath mints and mouthwashes that contain alcohol.
- Chlorophyll is a natural breath freshener and is found in leafy green vegetables like parsley.
- A few drops of peppermint or tea tree oil can be applied to the tongue or toothbrush to help freshen the breath.
- Baking soda maintains good oral health.
- Clean and replace your toothbrush regularly.
- Use mouthwash containing cetylpyridinium chloride, chlorine dioxide, sodium chlorite or zinc as they serve as an antibacterial agent.
- Eating plain yogurt for 6 weeks can sweeten your breath.
- Rinse your mouth before sleeping with a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon added.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Getting upset is very natural. Anger is undoubtedly a self-defeating and self-destructive emotion. Anger is an emotion that can be very hard to control and difficult to acknowledge. The difficult task is learning how to manage the anger in a constructive manner. Anger energizes us to prepare us for action. It helped in past but in present, it has become a threat for our lives.

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.
Responding aggressively is a common way of expressing anger. The three main approaches are expressing, suppressing, and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. Anger can be suppressed, and then converted or redirected. This happens when you hold in your anger, stop thinking about it, and focus on something positive. The danger in this type of response is that if it isn’t allowed outward expression, your anger can turn inward on yourself. Unexpressed anger can create other problems. It can lead to pathological expressions of anger, such as passive-aggressive behavior or a personality that seems perpetually cynical and hostile.
If you are angry you may feel bitter and resentful, withdraw, sulk, get irritated or upset, become impatient, fret, fume, yell, raise your voice, make sarcastic comments, spew invectives, show your fist (or your finger), sometimes show all this very suggestively, get physical, put other people down and even end up on the wrong side of the law.

To overcome anger:
- Do something about the problem before they get out of hand.
- Assert yourself in a level headed manner.
- Ask others for their point of view.
- Negotiate a solution.
- Analyse your own irrational beliefs.

The way to resolve anger is through an open two way communication. There are certain rules of confrontation that needs to be followed:
- Do not loose focus from the matter of discussion.
- Identify the real issue.
- Some times you are so much driven by your anger that you do not stop even if the other person has given you what you wanted. You should know when to stop.
- Acknowledge the anger.
- Take the responsibility that you are creating it.
- Use the time out technique or other distractions to help calm down.
- Acknowledge any personal state that triggers the aggressiveness.
- Talk in an assertive manner about whatever you are unhappy about.

Most adults release intestinal gas 10 to 20 times a day. Some of the healthy foods like beans, cauliflower, some whole grains tend to cause gas.
- Slow down, do not eat too fast.
Whenever you eat or drink something, a little bit of air goes down with it. Some of that air beats a hasty retreat in the form of a burp, but some may also get into the stomach and eventually make its way through the entire digestive tract. To reduce flatulence, reduce the amount of this incidental air intake. Eat and drink slowly and chew food thoroughly.
- Airy now, pay later.
Air also gets into the gut if it is incorporated into food and drinks. Beer, cola and other carbonated beverages are prime culprits.
- Smoking.
Apparently some air gets swallowed when people smoke. If dire warnings about heart disease and lung cancer has not scared you, may be the prospect of flatulence may just do the trick.
- Avoid the brimstone.
Flatus contains a mixture of gases, but the bad smell comes from the ones that contain sulfur, chiefly hydrogen sulfide and methylmercaptan.
- Beans and some vegetables can be trouble.
There is a trio of larger sugars – raffinose, stachyose, and verbascose that manage to arrive in our colons relatively unscathed because we lack the enzymes to digest them. The reprieve does not last long, though. Bacterial residents of the colon feed on these sugars, producing gas as a by-product.
- Not so sweet in the end.
Foods sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup can cause bloating and flatulence in some people because their small intestines can’t absorb large amounts of fructose.
- Remedies with question marks.
Charcoal pills are supposed to absorb the smelly sulfurous gases in the colon before they are emitted as flatus.
- Odour eating underwear.
They are the opposite of the whoopee cushion: seat cushions with charcoal filters that are supposed to absorb flatus.
- Adjusting the ecosystem.
The bacteria in the intestines operate as a little ecosystem. Too few or too much of a particular species can produce excessive flatulence. Taking probiotics, which restock the gut with bacteria, can help.

Whether you started your pregnancy as a jock or a couch potato, there are reasons (and ways) to work a workout into your daily schedule — and there are big payoffs if you do. Exercise can help fight fatigue and slow down those roller coaster emotions by releasing endorphins.

Best Exercises for Pregnant Women :
- Aerobic Exercise : The most comfortable exercises are those that don’t require your body to bear extra weight. Aerobic exercise involves rhythmic, repetitive activities that demand increased oxygen to the muscles. Aerobics include walking, jogging, bicycling, and swimming. This type of exercise stimulates the heart, lungs and muscles causing overall body changes. It allows your body to process and utilize oxygen and improves circulation.
- Flexibility exercises during pregnancy: Stretching (simple stretches, yoga, Pilates) is a pregnant woman’s best friend, easing leg cramps, back strain, and sore shoulders. But stretch with caution — because of the increased relaxation of ligaments during pregnancy, you will need to be careful — those relaxed joints can trick you into straining a muscle.
- Strength training during pregnancy : Lifting weights strengthens muscles and bones. While weight training is fine for pregnant women, you may need to scale back the amount of weight you’ve been lifting, and increase the number of repetitions.
- Yoga : The benefit of yoga is that it emphasizes breathing, relaxation, posture and body awareness, all of which make you better prepared to deal with the challenges of pregnancy and birth.

Stop the activity and seek medical attention if any of the following symptoms occur during exercise:
# blood or fluid coming from your vagina
# sudden or severe abdominal or vaginal pain
# contractions that go on for 30 minutes after you stop exercising
# chest pain
# shortness of breath
# headache that is severe or won’t go away
# dizziness
# dim or blurry vision
